• The promotional materials, including information on how to enter the promotion, form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Entry is open only to UK residents aged 18 years or over
• One entry per person
• Correctly answer the Endeavour competition question correctly to enter.
• Participants must enter online at www.austravel.com/endeavour
• Closing date for entries is 30th April 2008 and the prize is not transferable.
• The winner will be notified by e-mail by the 7th May 2008.
• The prize consists of a pair of adult Premium Economy Class return tickets for travel from London Heathrow via Los Angeles or Hong Kong to New Zealand (max four sectors)
• The prize is valid for travel one year from drawn date and subject to availability of prize ticket booking classes and must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance. Book early to avoid disappointment.
• Blackout travel dates apply. These include the period of 9th December 2008 to 29th February 2009
• Fuel surcharges will be paid by Air NZ. Airport, security taxes and passenger facility charges will be paid by Austravel.
• Accommodation, transport, meal costs, spending money, insurance and all other incidentals are not included.
• The flight tickets are non-negotiable and under no circumstances are permitted to be upgraded.
• Airpoints cannot be accrued on prize air travel
• No cash or credit alternatives will be offered
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
• Air New Zealand personnel reserve the right to refuse authorisation to board the aircraft.
• All prize travel will be subject to Air New Zealand's general terms and conditions of carriage.
• Neither the promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
