Austravel is fully ABTA, IATA and ATOL bonded, so when you book your holiday with us you can be confident that your money is safe. ATOL is the travel industry's protection scheme for flights and holidays, and is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. ATOL ensures that consumers are repatriated or given a full refund if an airline collapses.

This cover is usually not available when customers book separate flights and accommodation. A customer who books a scheduled flight direct with an airline is not given the same financial protection as those customers who book flights as part of a package. However, if you have booked with Austravel, you are covered.
