Darwin City Sights

Commence this half day tour of Darwin, the perfect introduction to Darwin with an experienced and knowledgeable guide providing an informative and interesting commentary. Visit the Botanic Gardens and Chinese Temple, which was re-built after it was demolished by Cyclone Tracy in 1974. Tour the historic sites of the city including East Point Military Precinct and see the Stokes Hill Wharf area. There will also be time to explore the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory.

Tiwi Islands Tour

Commence your tour at Cullen Bay for the cruise to the Tiwi Islands. On arrival at Wurrumiyanga on Bathurst Island you will be greeted by a local indigenous guide who will welcome you with a traditional ceremony.  Learn about the culture and history of the Tiwi people before an afternoon working with an Aboriginal artist to create your own work of Art Tiwi style before returning by ferry back to Darwin where the tour will conclude.

Turtle Tracks with Sea Darwin

Depart from the wharf at Stokes Hill at around 4pm for your unique experience with turtles on remote Njulbitjlk (Bare Sand Island). Keep your eyes peeled for native marine mammals as you head out into Bynoe Harbour before exploring the island with Team Turtle. After an evening meal onboard the boat, head for a guided walk to witness egg laying, those visiting later in the season may see turtles hatching. Best time to see the turtles is aronud the lunar cycle - on full moons and new moons.

Please Note: This cruise is dictated by weather and nature - sea conditions may not always be safe to travel. Turtles nesting or hatching cannot be guaranteed on any tour however in 2016 100% of guests experienced a turtle encounter.

Kakadu National Park Explorer

Travel south down the Arnhem Highway into the Marrakai Plains, before a walk to view the ancient Aboriginal rock art at Nourlangie Rock. After lunch, cruise the Yellow Water Billabong to spot the saltwater crocs and colourful birdlife. Finish your day at the Warradjan Aboroignal Cultural Centre to learn the traditions of the Aboriginal people in Kakadu.

Litchfield Waterfalls

Leaving Darwin, follow the Stuart Highway via the township of Batchelor to Litchfield National Park. Visiting the main falls of the Park, you have the opportunity for scenic and interpretive bush and monsoon vine forest walks. View Florence Falls from a high vantage point before making your way down the stairs to the plunge pool below with an opportunity to swim, and back via the monsoon forest and open woodland. Travel to Tolmer Falls for a magnificent view of the water cascading down to the deep waterhole below. Venture to Wangi Falls for another opportunity for a swim in the large crystal clear pool and an optional steady climb through the monsoon vine forest to the top of the falls.
