Uluru Sunrise & Field of Light

Experience the wonders of Uluru and the Field of Light on a magical morning tour with AAT Kings. Arriving in complete darkness, discover the 50,000 globes of light in the desert, before making your way up the hill to the Field of Light sunrise viewing platform. Once at the platform, the AAT Kings team will be serving you tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Relax and watch the sun begin to creep light throughout the sky and then watch in awe as it pops up in the distance behind Uluru, flooding the landscape, including Kata Tjuta behind you, with light. As the natural light brightens the landscape, the Field of Light will dim for the day. Enjoy some amazing photos from this unique raised location that allows you to view both Kata Tjuta and Uluru in all their natural glory. 

Includes: Hotel pick up and drop off, entry to the Field of Light installation, sunrise viewing, tea, coffee and hot chocolate, and luxury coach travel.

Uluru Motorcycle Tours

Pyndan Sunset Camel Ride

Enjoy a one hour tour on a gentle camel ride and get up close to the scenic MacDonnell Ranges through White Gums Station. Visit the Botanic Gardens and Chinese Temple, which was re-built after it was demolished by Cyclone Tracy in 1974. Tour the historic sites of the city including East Point Military Precinct and see the Stokes Hill Wharf area. There will also be time to explore the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory.

Tiwi Islands Tour

Commence your tour at Cullen Bay for the cruise to the Tiwi Islands. On arrival at Wurrumiyanga on Bathurst Island you will be greeted by a local indigenous guide who will welcome you with a traditional ceremony.  Learn about the culture and history of the Tiwi people before an afternoon working with an Aboriginal artist to create your own work of Art Tiwi style before returning by ferry back to Darwin where the tour will conclude.

A Town Like Alice

See the sights of Alice Springs on this half day tour including a visit to the historic Telegraph Station and the Royal Flying Doctor Service to learn how medical aid reaches those who live in the remote Outback. Stop at the Alice Springs Reptile Centre, where you will have the opportunity to see up close some of the lizards and snakes that frequent the Northern Territory, such as the Perentie Lizard and the Thorny Devil. End the tour with panoramic views of Alice Springs and the MacDonnell Ranges from the top of Anzac Hill.

Turtle Tracks with Sea Darwin

Depart from the wharf at Stokes Hill at around 4pm for your unique experience with turtles on remote Njulbitjlk (Bare Sand Island). Keep your eyes peeled for native marine mammals as you head out into Bynoe Harbour before exploring the island with Team Turtle. After an evening meal onboard the boat, head for a guided walk to witness egg laying, those visiting later in the season may see turtles hatching. Best time to see the turtles is aronud the lunar cycle - on full moons and new moons.
