Begin in Chinatown with fascinating stories of this colourful precinct, before driving through the old town to learn of the architecture and history. Sample ales at the Matsos Broome Brewery, discover dinosaur footprints at Gantheaume Point,  and finish off with a camel ride along stunning Cable Beach as the sun sets.

Pinnacles, Koalas and Sand Dunes Adventure

Heading north from the city the first stop is at Caversham Wildlife Park, with an opportunity to snap koalas, or even hand-feed kangaroos. Next enjoy the thrill and excitement of 4-wheel driving along the deserted beaches and huge white sand dunes of Lancelin, including the chance to try out sand boarding. Look out for kangaroos and emus, as you wind your way along the ‘track’ to the Pinnacles Desert to view these strange formations in the Numburg National Park.

Discover Rottnest Island Experience

Explore the pristine ecology of the island on a ninety minute tour to see the beautiful beaches, bays, reefs and resident Quokkas (small marsupials found only in Western Australia). Stroll along the boardwalk at the majestic look out point at West End, enjoy lunch at Rottnest Lodge, before returning to Perth on the ferry.

Alternatively choose a tour option which includes bike hire instead of bus tour, where you can explore under your own steam and stop off at peaceful beaches, before enjoying lunch and returning to Perth.

Snorkel with Whale Sharks

Travel with Exmouth Dive Centre and experience an incredible day snorkelling with the largest fish in the ocean – the whale shark. Up to 18 metres long, snorkel with these gentle giants, and cruise the waters of Ningaloo Reef searching for dolphins, turtles, rays and dugongs. A gourmet buffet lunch is served and drinks are also supplied. Snorkel equipment is provided free of charge.

Please Note: Tour includes briefing on the days activities, snorkelling gear, snorkel on the Ningaloo reef where you can see turtles, mantra rays and an array of fish, coral and other marine life, Exmouth transfers. Tour departs daily from April to mid-August at 7.10am and tour duration is 8.5 hours. Spotter planes are sued to find the sharks, but in the unlikely event no whale shark is seen, a free repeat tour will be offered. We recommend this tour for confident swimmers.
