From full-on Kaiviti Magiti (local feast) menus to tropical desserts, this is a fun way to become acquainted with Fijian cuisine. Children as young as eight-years old are welcome to join, too. Or for those who just want to taste without the toil, head to Nadina Authentic Fijian Restaurant, for local cuisine made from home-grown ingredients. It’s a popular stop with holidaymakers – the fresh prawns with ota (a local bush fern) and chef-squeezed coconut cream is a popular signature dish.

Adrenalin Fiji runs watersports shops at all Denarau resorts – they specialise in jet-ski safari, parasailing, big game fishing, and waterskiing to name just a few.
